Thanks to HFX, Glenn No Longer Depends on Pain Medication for Pain Relief
“Before Dr. John Coccaro recommended HFX, my life was on hold,” said Glenn, whose days used to be spent sitting in his recliner because of his excruciating pain. “Now I’m back to moving again!”
During the 10 years that he suffered Glenn said that often his biggest decision each day was how he was going to get out of bed. He needed a cane and a large dosage of opiates just to walk 100 feet to his recliner. Multiple surgeries and other procedures did not provide relief.
When Glenn had his HFX trial in October 2019, he experienced 75% relief from his pain and his implant the following month delivered 80% pain relief overall. He no longer needs to use a cane and has also been able to stop taking opiates.
“This outcome has been life changing,” said Glenn. “I am even working in my yard again.”
